10 cops awarded Governor’s police medal

As many as 10 officers and personnel of the Meghalaya Police have been awarded the Governor’s Police Medal 2021.

They are Crescency Wanlyne Lyngdoh, MPS, Dy. Superintendent of Police (ACB/CID), Anthony Ch. Momin, MPS, Dy. Superintendent of Police (HQ), East Garo Hills, Gilberth Manih, ABI, Samuel Wanniang Sainsyiem, UBSI, Everbloom Khyriem, UBSI, Ronald Liefsnaize Nongrum, UBSI, Manish Kumar Chettri, UBC, Pynkhraw Kharshiing, ABC, Ricky Barua, BNC and Manchesterfield Wann, DFM.

Apart from those personnel selected for the Governor’s Police Medal 2021, Euphraisa Majaw, UDA who is currently posted in Police Headquarters, Meghalaya, Shillong has also been awarded the Meghalaya Day Excellence Award 2020.
