20 years youth hanged himself

In a tragic incident, one male person committed suicide by hanging himself at a place known as Umsanon in Ummulong Dongmihsngi village.

According to police, on enquiry it was found that one person namely Jesema Kynjing 20 yrs son of Joshua Muksor of Ummulong Dongmihsngi was found hanging from a tree at the above noted place.

On conducting inquest, it was found that there was ligature mark present, tongue was protruding out Further on enquiry from the family members it was found that the deceased had no history of alcohol or substance abuse.

The family members however had prayed for postmortem exemption and the same was issued by the Court of P.K Boro, ADM West Jaintia Hills District.
