37 contestants gear up for Miss Teen Meghalaya and Miss Meghalaya

A total of 18 contestants will vie for the Miss Meghalaya title, while 19 will compete in the Miss Teen Meghalaya. The grand final show will be held on September 9, at the U Soso Tham Auditorium in the State Central Library.

Organized by the Miss Meghalaya Organization under the umbrella of Meghalaya Youth Tourism Development Society.

The winners of Miss Meghalaya and Miss Teen Meghalaya will get a total cash prize of 2.80 lakhs. They will show off their talents at the big final event at the U Soso Tham Auditorium on September 9.

These winners will not only get a crown, but also a special chance to represent Meghalaya on regional and national platforms, showcasing the rich cultural heritage and talent of the region to a wider audience

Before the final event, from August 28 to September 8, the contestants will undergo transformative grooming sessions. They will learn how to be more confident, how to talk in front of people, and how to improve their personalities. This will help them become good role models for everyone.

Miss Meghalaya and Miss Teen Meghalaya also help talk about important problems. The contestants take part in different social activities and charity events. They become like messengers of good change in their communities.
