5.2 magnitude quake hits Meghalaya’s North Garo Hills
An earthquake measuring 5.2 on the Richter scale struck the North Garo Hills district, Meghalaya on Monday evening.
According to the National Centre for Seismology, the tremors were felt at 6:15 PM today.
The quake struck at a depth of 10 km, with its epicenter located at latitude 25.90 North and longitude 90.57 East in North Garo Hills, Meghalaya.
