Aadhaar Enrolment in East Khas Hills

The Deputy Commissioner, East Khasi Hills on Friday informed that the process of Aadhaar Enrolment in the District is being carried out daily in the Office of the Deputy Commissioner Shillong and at the Offices of the Block Development Officers of all the C& RD Blocks in the District. Residents who wish to enroll for Aadhaar may visit the Office of the Deputy Commissioner or the offices of the Block Development Officers in the District.

Further, besides the above mentioned permanent Aadhaar enrolment centers, enrolment on Camp mode are also carried out, depending on the requests received from the Government Departments, Institutions, organizations, Schools, Colleges, localities etc. These Aadhaar enrolment camps are carried out at venues identified in consultation with the above. However, it is required that for arrangement of Camp Mode Enrolment, a minimum of 20 (twenty) persons have to be mobilized per day by the requesting Department, Institutions, organizations, Schools, Colleges, localities etc
