ABUSE OF OFFICIAL PASS

Not all people are entitled to move out on their vehicles due to the containment measures against COVID-19.

Only the people who needs to do so are entitled to move on their vehicles with the affixing of one white paper on the windshield. But it is a shame to observe a numbers of such people abusing their official pass for their personal glorification.
