ABVP Covid-19 assistance campaign in Jowai

On board exam day at Kiang Nangbah Government Higher Secondary School, Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) Jowai Unit distributed masks to unmasked students in an attempt to raise awareness about the vaccination campaign and help people cope with the pandemic, on Wednesday.

ABVP members also sanitized the Jowai Police Station, H.K. Singh Memorial Secondary School and Jowai Government Girls Secondary School.

State Secretary of ABVP Meghalaya Kum. Nibiang Sumer was also present.

ABVP has issued district-wise helpline numbers in different states throughout the country, through which it is assisting the people to cope with the effects of the pandemic’s second wave, create awareness for vaccination drive and plasma donation.
