Amidst Coronavirus, a multispecialty hospital will be inaugurate in Meghalaya

Amidst Coronavirus situation in the state, 108 bedded multispecialty hospital which the first of its kind in Jaintia Hills region will be inaugurate on September 15.

The Hospital is centrally located for people of East and West Jaintia Hills District and beside the National Highway 6 in Sabahmuswang, Jowai.

“Medical specialists available for consultations are Medicine, Paediatrician, Surgery and ENT. Services for Out Patient Department (OPD) include ECG, Endoscopy, X-ray, Ultra Sound (Scanning), Laboratory will be open from 16 September 2020,” the statement said.

Meghalaya Health Minister AL Hek will inaugurate the Woodland WK Hospital, Sabahmuswang in the presence of Jowai MLA Wailadmiki Shylla.
