Applications open for Subhash Chandra Bose Disaster Management Award

The Deputy Commissioner & Chairman, District Disaster Management Authority, East Jaintia Hills District, has informed that the Government of India has instituted an annual national award called the ‘Subhash Chandra Bose Aapda Prabandhan Puraskar’ in the field of disaster management.

The award aims to recognize and honour the excellent work done by individuals and institutions who are engaged in providing selfless service to society in the field of disaster management.

Applications for the award are required to be filled out online by visiting the portal via https://awards.gov.in, and the last date for filling up applications this year is 31st August 2024.
