Arms licence without UIN invalid

In compliance to Rule 15 (2) of New Arms Rules, 2016 Arms Licences who have not been allotted UIN shall be considered invalid with immediate effect.

In pursuance to the above mentioned Rule the Deputy Commissioner, West Jaintia Hills has issued a Notice directing all Arms License Holders to produce their licence in the Office of the Deputy Commissioner immediately.

Arm Licence Holders should bring along Residential Certificate from their respective Headman, Epic and two (2) Passport size Photograph.
