Banks holiday on November 12

The Meghalaya Government has declared 12 November this year as a holiday for Banks and Financial Institutions in East Khasi Hills District on the occasion of Nongkrem Dance.

According to an office order, the holiday is declared as per Section 25 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.
