Barikynti Khonglah conferred PhD from William Carey University
Barikynti Khonglah has been awarded the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree by William Carey University, Meghalaya.
She pursued her research under the Department of Education. The title of her thesis is “A Study on the Influences of the Information and Communication Technology on the Academic Achievement of Secondary School Students in West Jaintia Hills District, Meghalaya.”
Her research was carried out under the supervision of Dr Balensha D Nongrum. The study focuses on the impact of information and communication technology on students’ academic performance and offers valuable insights for improving education in the region.
Barikynti Khonglah is the daughter of Lastborn Tongper and Roily Khonglah. She is married to Lodestarborn Tiewsoh. Born on July 19, 1993, she hails from Sohkha Mission in West Jaintia Hills District, Meghalaya. Her achievement is a matter of pride for her family and the local community.
