Beauty’s Everywhere
Beauty’s everywhere
Should we but care to stare,
At Nature’s wondrous sights; It’s glow by day, it’s smile by night;
Are but reflections of its splendid delight.
Beauty’s everywhere
Should we but care to stare,
At the lone daylight,
When the light begins to fall;
And the dew is gone
From the foggy, misty dawn.
Beauty’s everywhere
Should we but care to stare,
At the bright, sunny noon When the red sun is riding high in the sky;
That to look at it is a treat to the heart and eye.
Beauty’s everywhere
Should we but care to stare, At the eastern Sun
Setting in the deep, blue horizon.
Beauty’s everywhere
Should we but care to stare,
At the dim twilight, When slowly the night Falls, on open shores.
Beauty’s everywhere
If only we care to stare, here and there.
