Bedlam in Meghalaya Assembly over law & order issues

Law and order issue over Them Metor, Shillong led to an uproar in the August House during the debate on the No-confidence motion move by the Opposition Bench. Zenith Sangma was taking part in the assembly while he was mentioning the prevailing situation over the law and order issue. Saleng Sangma MLA of NCP immediately intervened and demanded that he should not be misquoted and Saleng even used parliamentary language.

The Deputy Speaker has to intervene and brought back the house in order.
