    The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Kisan Morcha has expressed disappointment but says that it respects the Supreme Court’s order to stay the operation of the new farmer’s laws.

    “People are well aware that the Modi government has introduced these new laws for their development and welfare and they had confidence upon his leadership. We the responsible citizens, organizations and political parties must respect the verdict of the Supreme Court as such we are hereby appeal to all the agitators who are protesting against the new farmer’s laws to withdraw their programs by honoring the verdict of the Supreme Court.” BJP-KM president Pramod Koch said in a statement issue don

    He said BJP Kisan Morcha shall express its full opinion after getting the copy of order of  Supreme Court.

    Koch said the Modi government has been making all efforts to resolve the issues in new farmer’s laws by way of negotiations.

    “Government also offered the agitating farmer unions to discuss issues (Problem) wise and also made its commitment to amend the laws for the betterment of farmers but due to their refusal the negotiations were incomplete.

    Government also several times appealed to farmer’s organizations to send women and children from agitation places by considering Covid – 19 crises to save their lives, now the supreme court also has suggested the same,” he said.
