Boulder nearly crushes vehicle on Pynursla-Dawki Road; driver injured

A local cab narrowly escaped being crushed by a massive boulder that fell on the Shillong-Pynursla-Dawki road at Pomlum near Wahkhen Village.

The vehicle, with registration number ML 05 M 0374, was traveling from Laitlyngkot towards Ïew Pynursla with passengers on board. The passengers escaped without injuries, but the driver sustained injuries and was taken to the nearest hospital.

The boulder caused significant damage to the vehicle.
