Containment lifted from three areas in East Khasi Hills

The District Magistrate, East Khasi Hills District in an order issued on 8^th August 2020 has lifted the containment orders for the houses of Mildred Pyngrope in Shiv Mandir lane, Pynthorbah, Perlinsila Rumnong near Bilco School, Pynthorbah, Bapon Dey, Saint Nanak School lane, Pynthorbah, houses and compounds of Elinora Lyngdoh and Margaret Lyngdoh of Block-II, Golflink Khliehshnong and the house of Salvania Kharkrang at Mawshaton.

The containment order was lifted from August 6, 2020 based on the contact tracing status and test reports of the high risk contacts.
