Containment order lifted in Lumpyngngad & Nongrimmaw

East Khasi Hills District Magistrate, Matsiewdor War Nongbri on Tuesday has lifted the containment order in Lumpyngngad Block-II and Block- III and Block D, Nongrimmaw after no new COVID-19 cases were detected in past few days.

The containment orders were lifted based on contact tracing status and test reports of high-risk contacts from the building and compound of Mayorika Lyngdoh, houses of Kitbok Wanrieh, Sweety Lapang and Ricky Kharshandi of Lumpyngngad Block-II, the house of Wanpynshai Nongrum of Lumpyngngad, Block-III and the building and compound of  Julie Kharmawphlang of Block D, Nongrimmaw.
