COVID-19: More micro containment declared in Shillong | Here is the list
The District Magistrate, East Khasi Hills District has declared more micro containment in capital city after the detection of many positive COVID-19 cases.
The new micro containment are namely:
House of Arun Kariwala, Flat W-303, Ferndale Apartments, in ‘Karmakar Eternity’ House No-32, Ward No 24, Ripple side toward Last Stop, Laban. K.B.H. Cottage at Mawkhar. Houses of Armada Laloo, Ibanylla Wanniang, Eminiancy Lyngdoh, Riopar Khongain, Evalynda Diengdoh, Ravi Kumar Chachan, Dr.R.E.Donn, Shanborlang Kharnarbi (second floor) and Emosila Sohtun Compound at Lower Mawprem and in the house of Kongka War at Lama Villa.
House of Shri Pranotosh Roy (tenant) in the compound of Smti H. Diengdoh, Nandi Ram Lane, Madan Laban.
The residence of Nirmal Sen Nongbri at Nongpyngrope, Malki, Shillong and in the house No. 22, 23, 24 & 25 within the compound of Dr. L. L. Sawian of Block IV Nongrimbah.
The Quarter of Mrs. Isabella Dhar, Oxford Hills, Hattak Colony near Angel Guest House and the house of Mr. Paras Malbothra, Oxford Hills, Hattak Colony near Lelangki Cable TV Network, house of Mr. K. B. Thapa, Rilbong Nepali Compound and house of Mrs. Santana Jyrwa, Bishnupur, near K.O.R. Taxi Stand
The areas that have been unsealed are:
House of Laxmi Sunar, Nepali Compound, Rilbong and house of Mr. Rakesh Prasad Sah, Mr. Anindya Deb and Mr. Ranadhir Pal residing within the RCC Building of Mr. Ahmed, Upper Lachumiere, near Angel’s Play School.
House occupied by Smti Sangita Das and Shri U. Deb in the compound of Smti I. Kharmudai, Riat Laban East, Madan Laban and the house of Usha Deb, House No. 62, Mynsain, Upper Lumparing.
Entire Block –IV of Qualapatty.
House of (Late) Shri N. K. Das, behind Laban Police Station, Laban and the house of Shri Dilip Chakraborty (tenant), R. G. Villa, Riat Laban West, Madan Laban. However, the remaining areas contain as orders issued on the 5th and 14th September, 2020 are still retained as micro-containment areas.
