COVID -19 Vaccination Drive at Jowai Urban area

The office of the District Medical & Health Officer, West Jaintia Hills will be conducting COVID-19 Vaccination Drive at Jowai Urban areas for people from the age of 45 years and above on 26^th April, 2021 at Ladthadlaboh Indoor Stadium, Jowai, 27^th April, 2021 at Loomiongkjam Dorbar Hall, Jowai and on 29^th April, 201 at Iawmusiang Tympang Club Hall, Jowai from 10.00Am to 5.00 Pm.

Residents are to get themselves registered before receiving the Covid-19 vaccine through www.cowin.gov.in  or through Aarogya Setu App. Only four persons can register under one mobile number. On-spot registration is also available at Covid vaccination centre.

During the vaccination drive the residents are to carry any identity proof like EPIC, Aadhar, Pan Card, pension documents, driving license or any other Government documents with valid photo and date of birth. It has also been mentioned that photo Identity cards used during online registration should be the same produced at vaccination centres.  

The office of the District Medical & Health officer has called for cooperation and requested those from the age group of 45 years and above to get themselves vaccinated.
