COVID-19: Three more micro containment declared in Shillong

District Magistrate of East Khasi Hills has declared two more building and house as micro containment ares in Shillong on Saturday.

This includes the house of Victor Bhattacharjee at Wahdienglieng, building of Deepak Dutta, Bishnupur Inverneil opposite the gate of Circuit House and the first floor of the building of Smti A.M. Rynjah, Madan Laban (Shilliang).

The order restrict unregulated entry and exit on the sites from 12th September, 2020 which requires contact tracing, testing and isolation to be effected in the interest of health of general public to prevent against any possible spread of COVID-19.

In another order, the District Magistrate has also lifted the containment for the flat of Shri Vinod Khemka in the building of Smti B. Khongwir, Dunhill Road, Harisabha, Laban with effect from 12th September, 2020.
