DC calls for caution over unclaimed things

In view of the recent blast which took place at Khyndai Lad, Shillong on the evening of 30^th January 2022  and the recent assault incidents, demonstration/ protest held by the individuals over the alleged atrocities on the non-tribal communities in Meghalaya, the Deputy Commissioner, East Jaintia Hills District, Khliehriat has requested the general public to be highly cautious towards any unclaimed object, luggages/ bags, bike, vehicles, etc, which are left abandoned in public and desolate places especially in dhabas, restaurants and commercial hubs, etc.
