Dey’s family urged to collect his dead body

The Additional Director of Health Services, Civil Hospital, Shillong has informed that the patient named S. Dey, aged 63 years, male, whose caste and religion are unknown, and with an address at Keating Road, Shillong, was admitted to the Male Surgical Ward, Bed No. 19, on the 28th of August 2023 at 5:12 p.m. Unfortunately, he passed away on the 29th of August 2023 at 11:40 p.m.

All concerned relatives, etc are hereby requested to collect the deady body from the Hospital Morgue immediately or within a period of 3 (three) days with effect from the date of issue of this general notice. Failing of which the dead body will be sent for disposal by the Shillong Municipal Board.
