Dry day declared in East Jaintia Hills

The Deputy Commissioner (Excise), East Jaintia Hills District, Khliehriat has declared Dry Day throughout the entire District of East Jaintia Hills on  the  2nd October, 2022 on account of Mahatma Gandhi’s Birthday (Gandhi Jayanti) and on the 4th and 5th October, 2022 on account of Dussehra (Maha Navami, Vijay Dashmi).

All Wholesellers, IMFL retailers, Bars, Canteen and Outstills shall remain closed on the abovementioned dates. Any violation of this order will be viewed seriously.
