Dry Day declared in East Khasi Hills

Deputy Commissioner, East Khasi Hills, Isawanda Laloo, IAS in exercise of Powers conferred by Section 52 (I) of the Meghalaya Excise Act (Assam Excise Act 1910 as adopted) has declared 26th January, 2022 as “Dry Day” in the entire District of the East Khasi Hills on account of “Republic Day”.

All Bonded Warehouses/1MFL “OFF” & “ON” Shops/Home Delivery Licensees/ Canteens and Outstills shall remain closed on this day.
