Dry Days declared in East Jaintia Hills

The Deputy Commissioner (Excise), East Jaintia Hills District in a press release issued here informs the general public that a “Dry Day” has been declared on the 24th and 25th December 2020  on account of “Christmas Festival” and 1^st January 2021 being a “New Year Day” in the entire of East Jaintia Hills District.

All Bonded Warehouse, IMFL retailers, Bars, Canteen and Outstills shall remain closed in the entire area of East Jaintia Hills District on the dates mentioned. Any violation of this order will be viewed seriously.
