East Jaintia Hills | Quarantine centre for migrant workers notified

The Deputy Commissioner, East Jaintia Hills District informs the general public that on the recommendation of the District Medical and Health Office on the entry of workers/ local from outside the State during the COVID-19 pandemic has notified a quarantine centre for migrant workers.

“It is hereby notified that Starline Hotel and Restaurant at Lad Rymbai Datsimpien Village, East Jaintia Hills District as a Quarantine Centre with effect from the 2^nd of September, 2020 till further order,” the order said.

Additionally, all the Staff/Labourers engaged/involved in Quarantine Centre are directed to adhere to the Protocols as provided by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
