East Khasi Hills schools the champions of the State Level Subroto Mukherjee Cup 2019

SHILLONG: In today’s final matches of the State Level Subroto Mukherjee Cup H.Elias Hr. Sec. School (EKHD) emerged as the Champion in the U-17 boys after beating Church of God Sec. School (WKHD) 6-1 with a hattrick from Henryford Nengnong (14, 24, 58) and other goals came from Wadajied Kynsai Ryngkhlem (13), Ioanis Suchen (16) and  Glennys G. Lynrah  (32). The only goal for Church of God Sec. School (WKHD) came from Bostishang Thongni (52).

In  the U-17 girls Final, Umthli Hr. Sec. School were the Champion after demolishing Joel Gatphoh Memorial Synod Hr. Sec. School  (WKHD) 7-0. The goals were scored by Nisilia Majaw (7, 20, 26), Fragrance Rwan (13,14) ,Fidelia Lamare (30) and Daaijingsuk Basawiamoit (44).

Meanwhile in the Final of the U-14 boys District War Sepngi Christian Hr. Sec. School (EKHD) won 2-1 against Khliehumstem Sec. School (Ri-Bhoi) with goals scored by Mebanaibor Kharbudnah (9) and Da-o-hi-Paia Rymbai (42) and the solitary goal for Khliehumstem came from Henry Kurbah (5).

U-17 Girls: Ayushika Thapa  of  Umthli Hr.Sec. School, (East Khasi Hills District).

U-17 Boys: Urbanity Makhroh of H.Elias Higher  Secondary School (East Khasi Hills District).

U-14 Boys: Banshailang Kharjana of  District War Sepngi Christian Higher Secondary School, Dangar (East Khasi Hills District).
