Electoral roll of Amlarem Constituency, Mairang Constituency & Mawthadraishan Constituency ready for inspection

The Electoral Registration Officer, 7-Amlarem(ST) Assembly Constituency informed that the Electoral Roll has been prepared and available for inspection at SDO Civil Office and at designated locations during Office hours.

Meanwhile, the electoral rolls for 30 -Mairang A/C and 31-Mawthadraishan A/C are prepared and can be inspected in DC Office or designated location during office hours.

The qualifying date for the preparation of the Electoral Rolls is 01-01-2023.

If, with reference to the above said qualifying date, there be any claim for the inclusion of Name in the Roll or any objection to the inclusion of a name or any objection to particulars in any entry, it should be lodged on or before 08-12-2022 in Form 6, 6A, 7, or 8 as may be appropriate.

An eligible Citizen, who is going to attain the age of eighteen years as on any of the subsequent qualifying dates in the 2023, that the 1st April, 2023, the 1st July, 2023, or the 1st October, 2023, may also file his or her claim for inclusion of his or her name in the Roll, in Form-6, in advance, starting from the date of this notice and the same shall be considered and decided in the respective quarter of the year with reference to the respective Qualifying date.

Every such claim or objection should either be presented to the office of the Electoral Registration Officer, 7-Amlarem Assembly Constituency or at the designated locations from 09-11-2022 or sent by post to the above mentioned office so as to reach it not later than 08-12-2020.
