Five athletes from West Jaintia Hills competing in National Athletic Meet

Five athletes from West Jaintia Hills District will be participating in the National Inter-District Junior Athletics Meet in Bihar.

The tournament will begin for three days from Friday to Sunday. The tournament was supposed to be held during 12-14 January this year due to the ongoing winter season and bad weather in Bihar.

The venue of the tournament will be at Patliputra Sports Complex, Patna, Bihar.

The athletes are Dayoophika Rymbai U-16, 1600 meters, Wailuti Lyngdoh U-16, Shot Put, Damang i Lyngdoh U-16, 160 meters, Ram Shylla U-16, 1600 meters and Iohiksan Lyngdoh U-16, 80meters besides Pleasantly Synnah as coach and manager.
