Former CEM of KHADC appointed as Co Chairman of SRDC
The MDA Government has appointed two former MLAs, two sitting MDCs and two former MLAs belonging to various political parties under its alliances in various capacities.
The Governor of Meghalaya appointed former Chief Executive Member of KHADC and former MLA Titosstarwell Chyne as Co-Chairman, of the Meghalaya State Development Reforms Commission, (SDRC) with perks and facilities entitled to Category ‘A’.
Former Amlarem MLA Stephanson Mukhim is appointed as Vice-Chairman, Forest Development Corporation of Meghalaya Limited. He is placed in “A” Category in accordance with Finance (AF) Department’s O.M No. FEM 44/2003/Pt.II/264 Dated 17th August, 2003 and Addendum O.M No FEM.44/2003/Pt.II/265 Dated 19th October 2023.
The Governor also appointed Michel Wankhar, MDC, as Vice-Chairman, Meghalaya State Development Reforms Commission, (SDRC) with perks and facilities entitled to Category ‘A’.
The Governor appointed Habibuz Zaman, MDC, as the Deputy-Chairman of Meghalaya State Planning Board under Category “A” with perks and facilities as specified in Finance (AF) Department’s O.M. No.FEM.44/2003/Pt.II/264, dated 17th August, 2023.
Former MDC William Mynsong is appointed as the Deputy Chairman of Meghalaya State Planning Board under Category “B” with perks and facilities as specified in Finance (AF) Department’s O.M. No.FEM 44/2003/Pt.II/264, dated 17th August, 2023.
Dolly K. Sangma. Ex-MDC is appointed as Deputy-Chairman, Meghalaya Resource & Employment Generation Council (MREGC) under Category “B” with perks and facilities as specified in Finance (AF) Department Office Memorandum. No. FEM. 44/2003/Pt.II/264, dated 17th August, 2023.
Wanlamphrang Kharmujai is appointed as Deputy Chairman of Meghalaya Handloom & Handicraft Development Corporation Ltd under Category “B+” and his perks and facilities will be regulated as per Finance (AF) Department O.M No. FEM.44/2003/Pt.II/264 dated 17th August, 2023.
