Four MCS officers promoted to senior grade

The Meghalaya Government has promoted four MCS officers namely Pearla T.D Sangma, MCS, Tengchi M.G.Momin, MCS, Raja Brahma, MCS, Kapil Koch, MCS under Rule 22 of the Meghalaya Civil Service, Rules, 1975.

The MCS officers are promoted to officiate in the Senior Grade Time Scale of the MCS under Level – 19 of the Pay Matrix of the Revised Pay Structure and other allowances as admissible under the Rules.

On promotion, Pearla T.D. Sangma, MCS, Assistant Commissioner, North Garo Hills District, Resubelpara is posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, North Garo Hills District, Resubelpara.

While, Tengchi M.G.Momin, MCS, Block Development Officer, Gasuapara Community & Rural Development Block and Assistant Commissioner, South Garo Hills District, Baghmara is posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, South Garo Hills District, Baghmara.

Further, Raja Brahma, MCS, Assistant Commissioner, East Jaintia Hills District, Khliehriat is posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, East Jaintia Hills District, Khliehriat.

And Kapil Koch, MCS, Block Development Officer, Kharkutta Community & Rural Development Block and Assistant Commissioner, North Garo Hills District, Resubelpara is posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, North Garo Hills District, Resubelpara.
