Home Delivery exempted in EKH

The District Magistrate, East Khasi Hills District, Shillong in a notification issued on 17^th April, 2021 has exempted home delivery of essential commodities and cooked food items and petrol pumps from the purview of the prohibitory order under section 144 Cr.P.C, issued on 16^th April, 2021 but subject to strict compliance to the COVID-19 protocols of mask wearing, physical distancing norms, hand hygiene, etc. without fail.
