IIM Shillong PGP Batch 2022-24 sets new record with highest CTC of 71.50 LPA

The 2022-24 PGP batch of IIM Shillong achieved a remarkable feat with a staggering highest CTC of 71.50 LPA, leading to an impressive Average CTC of 26.10 LPA, solidifying its position among premier management institutions. The institute’s final placements for the academic year 2022-24 were a resounding success.

The cohort of 283 students received job offers from 87 recruiters spanning various sectors, including Consulting & Strategy, Finance, General Management, Human Resources & Operations, IT & Analytics, and Sales & Marketing. Notably, there was a notable improvement across all placement categories, with a high median CTC of 25.67 LPA, making IIM Shillong a preferred choice among top-tier institutions.

Distinguished recruiters such as Adani Wilmar, Aditya Birla Capital, Bain & Company, Goldman Sachs, McKinsey & Company, and Tata Steel participated in the placement drive, alongside new entrants like Accenture Technology Consulting and IndusInd Bank.

The batch also secured PPI/PPO opportunities from leading firms such as Boston Consulting Group, Deloitte USI, and Johnson & Johnson, further highlighting the students’ caliber and the institute’s reputation.

Consulting & Strategy emerged as the most sought-after domain, followed by Finance and Sales & Marketing. Recruiters offered diverse roles including Management Consultant, Financial Analyst, and Business Development Manager, reflecting the students’ versatility and the industry’s demand.
