KHADC chief asks village dorbars to respect health workers

KHADC chief Titosstarwell Chyne on Sunday urged all the traditional heads to extend their support and cooperation to the state government in order to prevent the further spread of COVID-19 in the state. 

“I request all the headmen, youth and women organizations of the different villages to come foward and help the government in combatting this deadly virus,” he said.

The CEM also expressed his gratitude to all health workers who are working hard to save and protect the people of the state. “Therefore, I fervently urge all the dorbar shnongs to respect health workers and ensure that they do not face any problem of stigmatization,” he said.

Chyne also lauded all the members of the district council to help the people in their respective constituencies during this time of crisis.
