The programme trained 10 participants, including students and local entrepreneurs, who were selected from the Entrepreneurship Awareness Programme (EAP) based on their business ideas. Participants came from the East and West Jaintia Hills Districts of Meghalaya. The week-long training included interactive sessions and hands-on activities to enhance entrepreneurial skills and deepen participants’ understanding of business development.
Key sessions, led by experts and entrepreneurs, included topics such as Enterprise Development, Financial Literacy, Business Planning, Business Development Models, Market Research, Human Resource Management, Digital Marketing, Branding, Social Media and Mobile Commerce, and Government Schemes and Support. Participants also had the chance to engage with industry experts, seasoned entrepreneurs, and mentors who shared valuable insights and personal experiences, inspiring and motivating the attendees.
