License to be issued to sell crackers during festival

The Deputy Commissioner, West Jaintia Hills District has informed that in compliance with the Government Notification dated 14.01.2021 and in connection with the services under the Meghalaya Right to Public of Services Act, 2020, traders have to apply for license to sell crackers during festival.

Trader and individual who wish to sell firecrackers have to apply license online from megedistrict.gov.in.
