Local holiday declared in East Jaintia Hills

The Deputy Commissioner East, Jaintia Hills District, Khliehriat, issued a press release on Monday, informing that all District Offices, Magisterial Courts, Banks and Educational Institutions under the Government of Meghalaya located in East Jaintia Hills District will remain closed on the 11th January, 2025 on account of “Nul-Ding-Kut” (Festival of Renewal of Life)
