Luxury hotel stay for the “Have” returnees
In order to provide luxury stay to the “Have” returnees during their quarantine period, the District Administration of West Jaintia Hills has designated two hotels in the District as paid quarantine centres.
According to Deputy Commissioner, they have designated Highwinds Lakeside Hotel, Thadlaskein and GHM Guest House, Jowai Bypass near River Myntdu Bridge as paid quarantine centres.
Dykes said that they will offer to the returnees and those who can afford to pay as per the rates will be accommodate.
The Hoteliers have agreed to accommodate the returnee in their hotels, DC Said.
The idea is to reduce the pressure on the family and for the comfort of those returnee who can afford to pay the service in hotels.
District Health Official will monitor the returnee as per guidelines.
