MDA Govt transferred Rosetta Kurbah from Ri Bhoi District

In major bureaucratic reshuffle, the MDA Government on Tuesday transferred Ri Bhoi Deputy Commissioner Rosetta Mary Kurbah and also appointed new Deputy Commissioners for East Jaintia Hills and Ri Bhoi District.

As per notification, Rosetta Mary Kurbah, Deputy Commissioner, Ri-Bhoi District, Nongpoh is transferred and posted as Secretary to the Govt. of Meghalaya, Health & Family Welfare Department with effect from the date of taking over charge and until further orders.

Ram Kumar S, Joint Secretary to the Govt. of Meghalaya, Health & Family Welfare Department, Mission Director, NHM shall also function as Chief Executive Officer, Meghalaya Society for Social Audit and Transparency with effect from the date of taking over charge and until further orders.

Ramakrishna Chitturi, Deputy Commissioner, South West Garo Hills District, Ampati is transferred and posted as Joint Secretary to the Govt. of Meghalaya, Finance Department with effect from the date of taking over charge and until further orders.

He shall also function as Chief Executive Officer, Meghalaya State Rural Livelihood Society with effect from the date of taking over charge and until further orders.

Abhilash Barnawal, Additional District Magistrate i/c Amlarem (Civil) Sub-Division, Amlarem is transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, East Jaintia Hills District, Khliehriat with effect from the date of taking over charge and until further orders.

Jagdish Chelani, Deputy Secretary to the Govt. of Meghalaya, Planning Department, Executive Director MBMA etc., shall also function as Deputy Secretary to the Govt. of Meghalaya, Department of Agriculture & Farmers’ Welfare and Director, MIE with effect from the date of taking over charge and until further orders.

Arpit Upadhyay, IAS (RR:2018) Additional District Magistrate i/c Pynursla Civil Sub-Division Pynursla is transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner Ri-Bhoi District, Nongpoh with effect from the date of taking over charge and until further orders.

Shivansh Awasthi, IAS (RR:2019) Sub-Divisional Officer (Sadar) Ri-Bhoi District, Nongpoh is transferred and posted as Under Secretary to the Govt. of Meghalaya, Finance Department with effect from the date of taking over charge and until further orders.

He shall also function as Under Secretary to the Govt. of Meghalaya, Sports & Youth Affairs Department and Executive Director, Meghalaya State Skills Development Society with effect from the date of taking over charge and until further orders.

Wanrilin A.M. Booth, MCS, Director, Sports & Youth Affairs, Joint Secretary to the Govt. of Meghalaya, Sports & Youth Affairs Department etc., is relieved of her functions as Joint Secretary to the Govt. of Meghalaya, Sports & Youth Affairs Department with effect from the date of handing over charge and until further orders.

Anita Kharpor, MCS, Director, Small Saving, Joint Secretary to the Govt. of Meghalaya, Personnel & A.R. Department, Executive Director, Meghalaya State Skills Development Society is relieved of her functions as Executive Director, Meghalaya State Skills Development Society with effect from the date of handing over charge and until further orders.

Evarinia L Warjri, MCS, Additional Deputy Commissioner, East Khasi Hills District, Shillong is posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner i/c Pynursla Civil-Sub Division, Pynursla with effect from the date of taking over charge and until further orders.

On his services having been replaced partially at the disposal of Personnel & A.R.(A) Department by Community & Rural Development Department, Lanalang K Diengdoh, MCS, Block Development Officer, Mawkyrwat, Community & Rural Development Block and Extra Assistant Commissioner, South West Khasi Hills District, Mawkyrwat is transferred and posted as Extra Assistant Commissioner, West Jaintia Hills District, Jowai with effect from the date of taking over charge and until further orders.

Yvette Mawiong, MCS, Extra Assistant Commissioner (Civil) Sub-Division, Amlarem is posted as i/c Sub-Divisional Officer, Amlarem (Civil) Sub Division Amlarem with effect from the date of taking over charge and until further orders.

Isagahah Lawrniang, MCS, Extra Assistant Commissioner West Jaintia Hills District, Jowai is transferred and posted as Extra Assistant Commissioner, South West Khasi Hills District, Mawkyrwat with immediate effect and until further orders.

His services are partially placed at the disposal of Community &Rural Development Department for appointment as Block Development Officer, Mawkyrwat Community & Rura Development with immediate effect and until further orders.

MR Synrem, Commissioner & Secretary to the Govt. of Meghalaya, Commerce & Industries Department etc. shall also function as Commissioner & Secretary to the Govt. of Meghalaya, District Council Affairs Department with immediate effect and until further order.
