Media Certification and Monitoring Committee constituted

JOWAI: The Deputy Commissioner and District Election Officer, West Jaiñtia Hills has informed that a Media Certification and Monitoring Committee (MCMC) for the forth coming JHADC election have been constituted with DC & DEO as Chairman.

Others include Member from the DDK Shillong, AIR, Jowai, SDPRO Amlarem and ADIPR, Jowai as the Member Secretary.

The Deputy Commissioner has informed that the MCMC has been constitute to check paid news monitoring both print and electronic Media and would also be responsible for the certification of advertisement.
