Mega Camps in Mawlai and Mylliem Assembly Constituencies

The office of the Deputy Commissioner, East Khasi Hills District will organize Mega Camps in the Polling Stations of 15-Mawlai and 20-Mylliem Assembly Constituencies on the 7^th & 8^th January, 2022. The camps will be carrying out Covid-19 vaccination for people of 15 years and above, registration of unorganised workers for eSHRAM, Aadhaar enrolment and Aadhaar seeding for Ration Card Holders.

With regard to Covid-19 vaccination which is being carried out on Election mode (in all the Polling stations) in the above mentioned Assembly Constituencies, all are advised to avail of the opportunity of getting vaccinated at the nearest polling station, more so in the light of the rising cases of Omicron variant, which has been designated as a variant of concern by the World Health Organization. Vaccination is seen as the most effective tool to protect ourselves and our loved ones from severe illness, hospitalization and death.

All are encouraged to avail the services being offered at the Polling Stations designated as vaccination centres of 15-Mawlai & 20-Mylliem Assembly Constituencies on the 7^th & 8^th January, 2022.
