Meghalaya, Assam CMs to meet in Guwahati tomorrow
Meghalaya chief minister Conrad K Sangma and Assam chief minister Himanta Biswa Sarma will again meet on Saturday to finalize the border agreement for the first six areas of difference shared between the two states.
After chairing a cabinet meeting on Friday, Sangma said, “We have also updated the cabinet on the border issue. We will be meeting the Assam chief minister tomorrow evening at about 4.30pm – 5pm in Guwahati.”

“We are hopeful that once the meeting is over we will be able to come to a final conclusion on this first six locations we are trying to resolve,” he added.
