Meghalaya Bharat Scouts & Guides celebrates April ‘Cool’ Day the green way

The Meghalaya Bharat Scouts & Guides (MBSG) celebrated April Fools’ Day with a surprisingly pleasant twist at the state headquarters, on Thursday.

The staffs of the Meghalaya Bharat Scouts & Guides planted and arranged potted plants to beautify and maintain the cleanliness of the MBSG state headquarters and also made the campus look very ‘Cool‘ with all the greens surrounding the field, naming the day ‘April Cool Day’ instead of April Fools’ Day.

In the press release the State Secretary MBSG, Mrs A. Swer informed, “Plants around like Bottle-brushes, Bougainvillaeas, Camelias, Forget-me-nots, palm trees, Blue tango, snake plants and other ornamental plants were taken care of by adding manure for maintaining cleanliness and for the beautification of the Campus.“
