Meghalaya CM Conrad Sangma tested COVID-19 positive

Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma has been tested COVID-19 positive on Friday.

Conrad K Sangma in his tweet said “I have tested positive for COVID-19. I am isolating myself for the required time. I have mild symptoms. All those who came into contact with me last few days are requested to observe their symptoms and test if necessary.”

Conrad Sangma joined the 50 years statehood day programme virtually. 

However, it is still yet to be ascertain the COVID variant which Sangma contracted.
