Meghalaya Games 2025: East Khasi Hills and West Jaintia Hills take lead with 41 and 7 gold medals
The 6th Meghalaya Games held in Jowai, West Jaintia Hills, from January 20-25, 2025, saw an intense competition on Day 3, with various districts vying for top honours.
As of the end of Day 3, East Khasi Hills leads the medal tally with an impressive 41 gold medals, contributing to a total of 104 medals overall, which include 29 silver and 34 bronze. West Jaintia Hills follows with 7 gold medals, 8 silver, and 11 bronze, totaling 26 medals. This strong performance has placed both districts at the forefront of the competition.

- East Khasi Hills: 41 Gold, 29 Silver, 34 Bronze – Total: 104
