Meghalaya Governor calls on President of India in New Delhi
Meghalaya Governor CH Vijayashankar, has made a courtesy call to the President of India, Droupadi Murmu, at Rashtrapati Bhavan on Friday. The meeting was a cordial exchange that focused on various issues concerning the overall development and welfare of Meghalaya.
The President expressed her keen interest in Meghalaya’s growth and assured her continued support to the state’s developmental aspirations. Both dignitaries shared their mutual commitment to fostering inclusive growth and addressing key challenges faced by the region. The Governor extends a warm invitation to the hon’ble president, to visit the state of Meghalaya once again.
