Meghalaya govt effects reshuffle in SP ranks

The State government on Friday effected a reshuffle in the state police in the rank of Superintendent of Police.

As per the notification, SP, West Garo Hills Vivekanand Singh Rathore has been transferred and posted as Commandant, 3^rd MLP Battalion, Sahbsein.

SP North Garo Hills Shailendra Bamaniya has been transferred and posted as SP, South Garo Hills.

SP (Traffic) Shillong Dr Dara Aswaghosh has transferred and posted as Commandant, 2^nd MLP Battalion, Goeragre.

SP, South Garo Hills Abraham T Sangma has been transferred and posted as SP West Garo Hills.

Commandant, 2^nd MLP Battalion, Burno A Sangma has been transferred and posted as the SP, North Garo Hills.

Commandant, 3^rd MLP Battalion Kamakhya Prasad has been transferred and posted as SP (Traffic) Shillong.
