Meghalaya Institutions: Complete Aadhaar Based Authentication Now

The Directorate of Higher and Technical Education, Government of Meghalaya, has issued a public notice to all institutions onboarded in the National Scholarship Portal (NSP). The notice mandates the completion of Aadhaar-based Biometric eKYC for the academic year 2024-25.

Institutions that have not yet completed their Biometric Authentication are urged to do so promptly.

Additionally, institutions where the Head of Institution (HOI) or Institute Nodal Officer (INO) have changed must submit updated institute details, Aadhaar details of the HOI/INO, and the mobile number linked to Aadhaar to the Directorate. This is necessary for updating the NSP portal.

Upon receiving updated login credentials, the HOI and INO are required to perform Aadhaar-based Face Authentication using the NSP FaceAuth Application.
