Meghalaya NCC cadet cxcels in sports shooting

Cadet Dawanpynshai Marwein from Nongpoh, Meghalaya, participated in the NER NCC Sports Shooting competition held at the Indira Gandhi Athletic Stadium, Guwahati from 18 April to 26 April 2024.

Despite the challenge of adjusting to the heat, Marwein’s determination earned him the Gold Medal in the 3P category.

Guided by the Instructor Staff of 2 Meghalaya Battalion NCC, Marwein received valuable training and support. His success reflects his strong belief in himself and his ability to overcome obstacles.

Inspiring his peers, Marwein aims to continue improving and represent Meghalaya in future competitions.
